How do we quote and work?
You call or send the short form with what you want cleaned and a few photos if you have them. We ask about size, access, staining and any worries, such as cracked concrete or a roof that already leaks. You get a written quote that lists what is included.
On the day we protect plants, close up the work area and clean in the order that makes sense, usually roof first, then walls, then concrete. We walk the job with you at the end. If something stays stained, we tell you why.
We suggest you ask any contractor for proof of insurance and any licenses that apply to the work. Do not take it on trust.
